Welcome to our first Q&A session! In Part 1 of our first session, PHR founder Sarah answers questions from @raythebayy, @amy_.showjumper and @chloe_oneill_equestrian

Head over and follow these ladies if you haven't already!

Ok, here we go!

Q&A Session 1 Part

1. @raythebayy asked: "Are you guys still doing orders with all this Coronavirus going on?"

This is a great question, thanks for asking!

We absolutely are! If you order something that's already in stock the process is completely normal. We are still posting next business day as much as we can - which is standard practice for us anyway.

At the moment the only real change is with those orders that include items that need to be made up - so stuff that isn't in stock at the time. Those orders are unfortunately taking us a little longer than usual to fill, mostly because we've had to chage the way we interact with and get materials to our dressmakers. These new processes just take a bit longer.

But we are very grateful for any orders coming through at the moment, and are just thanking everyone for their patience as we adjust to all of these new processes.

2. @amy_.showjumper asked: "Are you planning on bringing out some beige breeches?"

A big yes fom us Amy!

We know a lot of you guys have been waiting for us to do the beige. I can say very happily that they are in process and will be the next lot of breeches that we release, so stay tunes for those!

3. @chloe_oneill_equestrian asked: "When are we getting new jodphurs?"

Well Chloe, unfortunately I can't give you guys a definite release date, and that's due to the uncertainty of the current situation. But as I said, beige is in process, we know that for sure and we're super keen for those! We will release them for you asap!

That's all we have time for today. Thanks so much to everyone who asked a question through our story! We loved them all, they were really great. We'll get to answering the rest of your questions very soon.

Keep an eye out for our next Q&A session!
